Dr. Stefan Niemeier

Stefan Niemeier was born in Halle/Westphalia. He holds a Master Degree in Business Administration with studies in Germany and the United States, and a Dr. in Economics.

He was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he spent more than 17 years. He was appointed to multiple global firm committees and firm leadership roles. Stefan shares ownership of ARENIT with Nils Schlag. As owner and managing director he lives his passion for the broad spectrum of the German “Mittelstand”.

Stefan Niemeier lives in Hamburg, married with two children.

Dr. Nils Schlag

Nils Schlag was born in Münster/Westphalia. He studied Business Administration (Master Degree) at the University of Münster, Germany and the University of Illinois, USA with further stays abroad in Spain and Argentina. He holds a Dr. in Marketing.

Nils managed his own company from 2000-2005, before he joined McKinsey & Company, Inc. as a consultant in their Düsseldorf Office. Since 2013 he was a Partner of the firm. Nils shares ownership of ARENIT with Stefan Niemeier. As owner and managing director of ARENIT he follows his passion for performance improvements.

Nils lives in Düsseldorf, married with two daughters.

f.u.n.k.e. AVIONICS präsentierte auf der AERO 2022 den neuen Transponder TM 350. Der TM350 ist die ideale Black-Box und kann leicht im Flugzeug verbaut werden. Qualifiziert nach RTCA DO-160, kann das System kann alle aktuellen Aussendungen von anderen Flugzeugen entschlüsseln (Mode A/C, Mode S, ADS-B und FLARM) und über serielle Schnittstellen, zwei parallele WiFi®-Verbindungen und gängige Navigations-APPs (z.B. SkyDemon, ForeFlight, VFRnav) bereitstellen.

Unsere Firma Lampert ist mit ihrem PUK 6 nun Teil einer Reihe von namhaften Preisträgern, die seit 1954 mit dem iF DESIGN AWARD ausgezeichnet worden sind. Der Design-Wettbewerb wird jährlich vom iF (International Forum) Design in Hannover veranstaltet und legt besonderen Wert auf die Kombination von Funktion und Ästhetik.

The PUK 6 for gold and silversmiths – a new product generation from Lampert

Lampert is once again setting new standards with its new fine welding units for gold and silversmiths, the PUK 6 – series. The range of functions of the device was expanded again and includes, for example, new technologies for the processing of silver. And the completely redesigned device is a real eye-catcher in every studio and workshop.

Our company Lampert has launched a new product line – the MicroArcWelder. The MicroArcWelder is the precision welding machine for industrial applications. It enables welding of the thinnest material thicknesses and complex structures in an area that is considered largely unsuitable for conventional TIG welders.

Peter Denz gestorben

Dipl.Ing. Peter Ernst Denz, Gründer unserer Firma Denz in Ottobrunn bei München, ist im Alter von 82 Jahren verstorben. Im Jahre 1970 legte Peter Denz den Grundstein für das Unternehmen und lenkte über 49 Jahre mit ganzer Schaffenskraft die Geschicke der Firma. Mit unermüdlichem persönlichem Einsatz, großer Leidenschaft und technischer Brillanz hat er ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen geschaffen.

Peter Denz has died

Dipl.Ing. Peter Ernst Denz, founder of our company Denz in Ottobrunn near Munich, has passed away at the age of 82. In 1970, Peter Denz laid the foundations for the company and directed the company’s fortunes with all his creative energy for more than 49 years. With tireless personal commitment, great passion and technical brilliance, he created this internationally successful company.
